Requesting Refunds

This support document is specific to online products and services purchased through Network Development Group (NDG). This is not a support page for FastSpring or other stores that also use FastSpring as a reseller. All order numbers for NDG products will start with "NET".

What is the refund policy?

Access Codes

Access codes that have not been claimed may be refunded within six months of the order date. Orders paid via check or orders that exceeded payment terms of a purchase order are not eligible for refunds.  We are unable to refund access codes that have been claimed unless prior arrangements have been made with the NDG Portal support team.

Direct Purchases

If learners have purchased access directly within the NDG Portal, we offer refunds up to two weeks after purchase provided that the learner has not accessed more than 20% of the lab content.

How can I request a refund?

  1. Find the email receipt you received from when you purchased course access. Identify the “order number” listed on the email from  
  2. Email with subject “Refund request”. List the order number and email address used during the purchase process. If the order was for course access codes, please specify the codes for which you are requesting a refund.
  3. Briefly describe your reason for requesting a refund.
  4. Once approved, your refund request will be processed by FastSpring.
