Requesting Refunds

What is the refund policy?

Access Codes that have not been claimed may be refunded within six months of the purchase date. We are unable to refund access codes that have been claimed unless prior arrangements have been made with the NDG Online support team.

If learners have purchased access directly within the NDG Portal, we offer refunds up to two weeks after purchase provided that the learner has not accessed more than 20% of the lab content.

How can I request a refund?

  1. Find the email receipt you received from fastspring.com when you purchased course access. Identify the “order number” listed on the email from fastspring.com.  
  2. Email hostedsupport@netdevgroup.com with subject “Refund request”. List the order number and email address used during the purchase process. If the order was for course access codes, please specify the codes for which you are requesting a refund.
  3. Briefly describe your reason for requesting a refund.
  4. Once approved, your refund request will be processed by FastSpring.
